Server Account
ISA server PC ko login karain run main ja ker lusrmgr.msc likhain aur enter press karain. users k folder per right click ker k new user per click karain. In the New User dialog, type in your preferences for a new user name and password. Uncheck User must change password, and check Password never expires. click ok.

Client Account
Same account apnay client PC per bhe create karain.

ISA access Rule
there is no need to create localhost-internal-localhost ruleif u have any delete that rule. create a new rule Allow all protocols in from Select internal in to select External in users select ur created users or a user group which u want to allow internet Access. then Apply rule.
