    Smile Chapli Kabab

    Preprep Time: 2-3 hours

    Preparation Time: 10 min

    Ingredients:
    1/2 kilo finely minced beef
    1 medium sized onion chopped
    Salt according to taste
    1 tsp ginger paste
    1 tsp crushed zeera
    i tbs crushed Whole dried red chilies
    1 tsp crushed dhuniya seeds
    Small pieces of an omlette made with 2 eggs with a little salt and black pepper
    1 tsp anardana
    2-3 green chilies chopped
    1/2 cup of fresh dhuniya leaves
    1 large tomato
    1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
    200 gms Makai ka atta (Corn meal)
    (DO NOT USE CORNFLOUR)
    1 small onion sliced and fried till brown

    Method:
    1-Add all the ingredients to the mince meat and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
    2-Then make into flat pattis and fry in a little oil.
    3-Serve hot at iftar.

    ab kuch meethe dishes bhi hojaen kia khayal hai...sab se phelay hai gajar ka halwa...

    gajar ka halwa...
    INGREDIENTS:
    Carrots grated 500 gm
    Sugar 4 tbsp.
    Ghee 2 tbsp.
    Elaichi powder 1/4 tsp.
    Khoya pindi ( grated ) 100 gm
    Almond and cashewnut ( fried for garnish ) 30 gm

    PROCEDURE:
    - Cook sugar and carrot ina kadai, carrot will leave water and get boiled.
    - Bhuno till dry, add ghee , bhuno. Cook for five minutes and cool lightly for five minutes away from fire.
    - Add khoya and elaichi and mix nicely.
    - Garnish with frie d almond and cashewnut

    Thumbs up Aloo Ka Halwa

    Aloo Ka Halwa

    INGREDIENTS:
    Potatoes 300gm / 4 nos.
    Desi ghee 80-100 gms
    Sugar 70 - 90 gms
    Pista slivers, almond sliver, cashewnut broken, Kishmish 30 gms

    PROCEDURE:
    - Over boil potatoes and grate them.
    - Heat ghee in a pan and add grated potatoes and cook till ghee separates
    - Add sugar and stir continuously
    - Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan
    - Remove in serving dish
    - Garnish with dry fruit
    - Aloo halwa is heavy hence dry fruit should be used scarcely.

    Smile Nariyal Ki Burfi

    Nariyal Ki Burfi

    INGREDIENTS:
    Fresh/desicated coconut 75gm
    Khoya grated, mashed 150gm
    Castor sugar 70gm
    Green cardamom seeds crushed 6 nos.
    Kewara essence 2 drops
    Silver warq (optional) 3 pcs(small)

    PROCEDURE:
    - Heat khoa in a wok, add grated coconut, mix thoroughly and stir briskly so as to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the wok.
    - When dry, add sugar and cook till the mixture leaves the sides of he wok and forms a compact mass.
    - Remove from fire, add kewara essence, and crushed cardamom seeds.
    - Grease a tray or a plate and spread the mixture over it.
    - Smooth it with hands or knife and decorate with silver warq.
    - When it is set, cut into diamond pieces and serve

    Smile Chocolate Barfi

    Chocolate Barfi

    INGREDIENTS:
    Pindi khoya 1 kg
    Grain sugar 350 gm
    Water 150 ml
    Milk 50 ml
    Cocoa powderPista slivers or silver leaves (optional) 1 1/2 tsp

    PROCEDURE:
    - Bring sugar, milk and water to a boil.
    - Grated khoya from thin side of grater.
    - Remove scum and simmer till sugar sets on finger tips.
    - Add khoya and mix on slow fire till boil comes.
    - Remove 3/4th on greased trey and set in fridge for 1-2 hours.
    - In balance 1/4 cocoa powder and heat on fire.
    - Spread cocoa mixture on already set trey and set for 2-3 hours once again.
    - Pour with silver leaves
    - Cut in to desired shape and size.

    Smile Apple Kheer

    Apple Kheer

    INGREDIENTS:
    Apple 1/2 kg
    Milk 1/2 lt.
    sugar free -To Taste
    Grated apple 2 tbsp
    Almonds 2 nos.
    Raisins 3 nos.
    Crushed cashewnut 5 gm.
    Brunnoise of apple 1 tsp.

    PROCEDURE:
    - Wash, peel and cut apples into small dices then keep apple dices in cold water.
    - Boil the milk, add diced apples and sugar-free, give one boil and simmer for 10-mins.
    - Then add grated apple and further reduce for 2-3 min.
    - At last, garnish with roasted almonds, raisins, roasted and crushed cashewnuts roasted cucumber seeds and brunnoise of apples.

    Lightbulb Paneer Ki Kheer

    Paneer Ki Kheer

    INGREDIENTS:
    Milk ( full cream ) 500 ml
    Paneer 100 gm
    Sugar 30 gm
    Elaichi seeds 3 no
    Almond slivers 10 gm
    Warg golden 2 pieces ( small )

    PROCEDURE:
    - Reduce milk to half quantity.
    - Cut paneer into very small dices
    - Add small cardamom seeds to milk
    - When milk is reduced to almost half add paneer dices and cook for 2 mins.
    - Add sugar and cook till paneer is thick.
    - Remove in a serving dish
    - Garnish with pista almond and wark.
